When you were cheated

So folks, Me and few other guys think it's tome for some damn activity around here.  So what better way than with an essay question to get to know one another?

Think back in your life of a time you felt or were in fact, cheated.  Be it out of a friendship, a car or whatever.  Perhaps you can get some of that off your chest and we can bond internet surfer to internet surfer.

The last time I was cheated was on ebay when I bought Record of Lodoss War for the Dreamcast for $20 brand new. Of course I didn't get my game and the jackass canceled his account. Paypal got most of the money back though.

That is only trivial to the time I got cheated by some really old nice guy who had a 1989 Lincoln Town Car for sale. I paid him $2500 cash and was very happy because of the condition of the car (excellent) and how smooth it road. A few months later many problems began to appear. Basically this guy had his own private mechanic who ghetto rigged or quick fixed many things that ended up costing me more than what I paid for it.

Funny thing about the car, when I moved to another state I had tried to junk it, get rid of it, whatever and couldn't because of bullshit policies and laws which made no sense whatsoever. So I decided to fake its death, took anything useful, speakers and whatnought, bashed it up, left it somewhere, and reported it stolen. As ridiculous as that is, that was the only way to get rid of the damn thing. Screw you California!

I happen to look at this topic again and think about it.

Quit honestly, I feel like I'm cheated nearly every day of my life. I waste life away tired and miserable 5 days a week at work. The ratio of BS to enjoyment in life is like 10:1.

Is this how life is supposed to be for 40 more years until retirement? I feel cheated big time.  

Cheating me out of life seems like the biggest cheat of them all!
