I'm a ZSNES user and I'm confused on how to run Wozz. The file extension is .ips which is new to me. I actually awaiting the release of this game last year and I was very disappointed when I couldn't run it. Christmas rolled around and I completely forgot about it until recently.

I'm just wondering what emulator people use to run it or if there's just something i have to do to the file to run it. Thanks.

The .ips file is just the translation patch.  You need to use a program to combine it with the .smc file of wozz.  You can use patch them with an ips patching program.  I have no idea where I got mine, but it shouldn't be very hard to find one.

I think the program I use is called SNESTOOL or something like that.

EDIT: By the way, after you patch the file, it should turn into an smc file about the size of the original smc and ips files combined.  You then use an emulator to run that file.

So did you get a translated Wozz to run?  Have you even read my last post yet?  If that didn't work I might be able to find some other way to make it work.

Hey, thanks a lot, SNES Tool worked great, just took me a little while to figure out.

Sorry I didn't respond earlier, I had 3 finals yesterday so I haven't had a lot of time to play up till now.

Alright, great.  I'm glad that I could help.  Have fun playing Wozz.

Oh, and also, just to let people know, the patched rom works great on PSP slim with Snes tyl 0.42!
So you can play WOZZ everywhere!^^
