What's the difference between Far East of Eden Zero - Shounen Jump no Shou and Far East of Eden Zero?  I just know that the first runs fine on SNES9X but the graphic pack doesn't work with ZSNES while the later does work on ZSNES. (maybe the first also does but from what I did it doesn't.... so... anyways)

Someone else asked about this on another board so I was just wondering what's the difference between the two.

If I remember the post on ZSNES? board, the difference was an extra scene in the Jump version (programmer's room?) (as you might have guessed, the Jump version was a contest prize of some sort).
